Who Must Follow Our Code?

The Code of Conduct applies to employees of MassMutual and certain subsidiaries. MassMutual expects its other business partners, including advisors, brokers and other distributors, as well as vendors, suppliers, and other third parties, to follow the principles outlined in the Code of Conduct when working with or on behalf of MassMutual. If we violate the Code of Conduct or other company policies, or if we do not take appropriate action against illegal, unethical or improper conduct, we may be subject to discipline, including termination of employment.
