Insider Trading | Unlawfully using material, non-public information (inside information) when making securities trades or unlawfully communicating inside information to others who use that information to trade securities. | You decide to buy stock in a company based on non-public information you learn through your work on MassMutual’s investment activities. | While working at MassMutual, you may have access to inside information about other companies.
